BPI now has the BT-01 pen style digital thermometer with stainless steel sensing tips, direct measuring, portability and a wide measuring range. It can be quickly dipped into tinting tanks to verify tinting temperatures, incorrect tinting temperature errors being the most common cause of color shifts in tints.

Measuring range: -50 C to +300 C (-58 F to +572 F).
Precision: 0.1 C/F.
Accuracy: +/-1 C (-20 C to +80 C), with +/-5 C (other ranges).
Power supply: 1.5V AG13 button battery.
